Twitch ulti inhib no damage
i was playing a ranked game as 
on my smurf and then my and leona were backdooring an inhibitor i click my ulti with my q activated then i did no damage while my ulti was active

It also does not deal damage to the Nexus, however this may or may not be a 'bug'.
Riot has been told about this bug, knows, and doesn't care.(it existed before the VU) It has existed since the ult was put into the game, and Riot does not care
