Crashing early almost every game.

Almost every game I play I get an error message, the entire game locks up and I can't even alt-tab or access Task Manager, but I can still move the cursor around. The only way I can stop it is by Signing Out of my Windows profile and re-logging in, which usually means I'm not back in game by at least several minutes.

Please help me, this is ridiculously frustrating.
