About attacking order between "Pick a card" and item effects.

It happened when I tried to make a experiment about ad tf in practicing tool. The issue is after I picked a card (no matter what colors), if the attack triggered both ruanna's(splied arrows shot on other units) and shiv/cannon effects, the ruanna's arrows will arrive on enemy units first and the shiv&cannon dmg will not trigger.

I guess it is a problem about attacking order, because after I picked a card, shiv&cannon dmg triggered if I attack an alone unit, in which ruanna's arrows are not triggered.

Well, I think it is a powerful build for my ad tf and the 3 types should be allowed to trigger at the same time. Thus, I consider it is a bug. XD
