Started my promos and won it but I didn't get promoted to the next elo?

I'm currently in Bronze 2 trying to get to Bronze 1 and for my promos I won the first game, lost the second and then won the last one. I thought I was going to go into Bronze one but the series reset itself making me go through it again. Then when I try to play another ranked match I get disconnected and then end up losing the game. This then kicks me out of my series... how can this get fixed?
