Diana bug lots of stuff dont work on her lol

I was playing diana in a bots game and decided to troll so i went for a dps build i had thunder lords on and i the first thing i bought was a cull the 5 daggers then 2 kircheis shards and eventually rapidfire cannon then static shiv and as i was auto attacking i noticed that it never procked ever so i tested it out and ya it dont work also the 100% charge never reset so i believe that it never worked ive got no pivtures but i hope that you can believe in my claim

to repeat rapidfire cannon and static shiv and thunderlords decree does not work on diana im not sure of other champs also my username is i the troll king and if you check the file or game log or video or watever it is the time i was playing was 2016 /01 / 28 9:00 pm
