Shaco Thunderlords bug

I have experienced that sometimes it seems like Shaco needs 4 hits to proc it, and items like Ludens Echo and Gunblade doesnt help proc it anymore (sometimes). If the items were intentionally removed from proccing Thunderlords, please consider writing it in the patch notes the next time :)
