MMR dropped after winning a game?
I've been on a 7 win streaks, for my first W i had +26lp, however, when I finished my 7th game just now, I only got +17lp. I was just wondering how this lp machenic works and how MMR works.

I won a game today and got 18lp, i then played another game and won and got 16lp. i wasnt duoed with anyone. I have a positive wr. Theres something wrong with lp gains rn.
Your MMR may not be climbing at the same rate as your LP. For simple numbers... If your MMR was at 200 and is now 100 when you came off a losing streak of 10 games to get there lets say your LP gain is 12. Now you've won 7 gaining 12 LP per win making it 84 in 2 more wins (9) you will already be over where you were before so based on your win rate and MMR point for point, it adjust that this is maybe where you need to be and reduces it. If you win 10 the systems says. He's climbing now. Winning more will then increase your LP games now that you are over the mark.
While I don't know the details this is sort of how it worked for me after a colossal loss streak. (That I'm still recovering from.) As the wins normalize the win/loss the LP gains went down for a bit then rose again. In 5 more wins I'm sure that they will start getting higher unless I start losing again, but they are already going up from 12 to 14. In 5 more wins I'd "expect" I guess ~20 lp.
