[GAMEPLAY] Miss Fortune Q Not Scaling Properly.

Playing an Ascension, Miss Fortune with Mafia Miss Fortune. I look at my Q damage when the game begins, and the scaling on the first shot is (+200) but on the bounced shot is (+0). As the game goes by I keep an eye on it, and the scaling never seems to change. (AP Scaling appears to be fine)

Also, I tested it on summoner's rift, no skin, different masteries and summoner spells, and it was still an issue. Additionally, it appears to be only the UI, as the damage seems consistent and correct.
