I dodged a game but didn't recieve a penalty. Is this working as intended?

I dodged a game probably for the first time in a few seasons, but I didn't receive a matchmaking penalty or an LP loss (it was ranked). Not that I'm complaining, but shouldn't I get something?

First offense is 6 minutes and the timer starts at the dodge, not when you log back in. You sure you didn't just wait out the timer without even seeing it with a trip to the restroom?
