Bug with Soraka's Health Bar

Lately when I got my level 7 Soraka mastery and tried to use it I found out that her health bar is actually higher than it should, resulting the mastery level not to be shown completely. Right when I started thinking that her health bar was higher than it should I stood next to my friends as and noticed that my health bar was actually higher than the rest. This happened at every single game, not only to me but also to my friends when they played Soraka.
