No mastery token for twisted treeline?

I recently started playing lol and i finally got one of my champs to mastery lvl 5, since then i have received 1 S- score and 2 S scores while playing TT, but i received no mastery token? Are these only achievable while playing SR?

For whatever illogical reason, yes. Champ mastery tokens for 6/7 are only available from normal and ranked classic Summoner's Rift.
