Game freezes forces me afk... lost LP

For a week or so now league has been freezing my screen in-game forcing me to restart the game. when i come back it says I've been AFK and even though i recently won my ranked game and made a huge impact I still lost LP for "being AFK"

I'd like my LP back plus the winning bonus LP if league has the ability to do so.

this is very inconvenient due to the fact that I'm trying to climb.
