[GAMEPLAY] Fiora's Lunge Prevents Summoner Spells

This is tentative, I've only seen it once but will keep my eye out. My 3rd game as the new Fiora, I was fighting an Ekko in the jungle. I escaped with Lunge, and backed. However, upon being in base I noticed I couldn't cast my Flash or Teleport (both were ready on cooldowns). This remained indefinitely until I lunged again. Will post updates if I see any.
