Changing the reigon for free CLIENT

So, looking through the LoL client folders, i encountered a folder called "locale" I went in, changed the US to RU, did the same change in a foldier called "lol" And bam. when i get on, my account only works in the russian servers. It only worked with RU for me, and only once, but i can see how more crafty players could easily exploit this
