[GAMEPLAY] Magical Footwear - Slightly Magical Boots prevent item refunds

While training my Lissandra I found something that caught my attention. The video I made describes the details, but basically if you buy anything and Slightly Magical Boots appear you can no longer undo your purchase so you're stuck with whatever items you acquired before that. It's pretty simple, actually:

1° Buy any item 2° The timer for Slightly Magical Boots runs out and they appear on your item slot 3° Any item you acquired before that can no longer be refunded

You can still sell the locked items, but this could cause some loss in gold if you misclicked or had second thoughts about what items to rush first during the early game.
