Not receiving the 25% bonus ap from Wooglet's Witchcap.

Etlenna1 votesI have had this happen to me twice, once as Casseopeia and once as Zilean. Both times I also had a Seraph's Embrace. I have seen a Katarina on the other team with a Wooglet's that showed bonus AP.(http://i65.tinypic.com/14bi5ww.png)
De4dm4n1 votesI have had this happen to me as well, although I did not even have Seraph's embrace and was using Teemo and Veigar. I had the same issue as Etlenna appear where it showed that the bonus ap was zero.
