My screen in black on the bottom and the right side and i can't play :(

I've included a screen shot for you to see. It covers up the buttons at the bottom. It starts out originally as black but then I go to the play screen and the buttons are covered. Anybody else having this issue? I've already uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail :( halp pls
