Bug in Ascension

I was playing Fizz, I spawned at the top of the map and saw someone spawning there too so I wanted to surprise them with a E Q W combo and it did like 0 damage to the person for some reason (I had near full build combo should of did near 1k dmg). I took a gif of the incident.
