Champ select black screen and ban

since the latest patch updates, my screen goes black exactly when champ select begins giving me a nasty 15 min ban for something not in my control. i wouldve provided pick but the black champ select forced me to close most of the applications before i can close it fully. Fix this pls im tired of getting these bans..
