Bought Cassiopeia, She doesn't show up selectable!

I Just purchased Cassiopeia with Ip but she doesn't show up as a selectable champion in team builder! When I view my summoner profile she is unlocked! What madness is this?

Even if I type the letter c into the search she is not listed.

After playing a game of poroking Cass now appears in the Team builder select. I think it is a server refresh issue. Glad I brought it up anyway even if it is resolved now.
