Why is this game so broken?

Really frustrating that i keep having issues.

Randomly i'll be stuck and wont be able to move, i'll spin around in circles and cast spells but i cant move until i log out and back in.
The shop wont work randomly, i'll be able to open the shop and click around but I cant buy items by double clicking or clicking buy until i log out and back in.
I get disconnected during game load often.

What the heck is going on? I'm running the MacOSX client on 10.10 Yosemite with a Retina 15" Macbook Pro

you lag, and you play wireless, when playing get closer to your access point, many things can cause interference, from your smartphone to working microwave, also ask your family to turn down downloads when someones dl at 10mb/s on lan wireless dies very often you dont get disconnected from network but you start losing alot of packets

Hello, I play wired with a cable, i have 100/20 internet and live by myself. Ping times are usually sub-20ms
