LP Decay Bug

I am playing games and still marked as inactive. The end result is my account is still decaying as if inactive and getting demoted from roughly 20 LP down to the next tier. When I check my profile, I have this notice: see attached image. However, I have been playing games for the last few days and before that, the past week or so.

Is there something in particular I need to be doing?

Yup, got the message yestarday about decay even after I just got out a ranked game, it said I was demoted because of decay.
