Tutorial Leaving Problem

So I had a friend who wanted to try play League of Legends. I went to basic tutorial. I clicked on it and the game started. The problem is that I can't click or go to the shop and buy anything. The time is going and I still get gold. I try restarting my client and my computer, but when I log in my account.. all I see is reconnect the game, but I don't want to. Please help. I want to leave the basic tutorial.
