Pop Music A-Ward dont show up anywhere

Hi, I reached level 50 on my account and i recieved a capsule for that level up. I did recive a Pop Music a-ward but it doesnt appear in any menu. neither collections or in loot.

I bought it with my Worlds loot and it's MIA from my stuff too.
