[GAMEPLAY] Gragas Q Bug

[GAMEPLAY] Gragas Q is no longer castable for the remainder of the game

I'm unsure of how it happened but after a team fight when I died I was no longer able to cast Q. I tried changing from smart cast to normal cast, I tried clicking the ability itself and quitting and rejoining the game. None of those worked, just thought I would let you know.
