Draft Pick won't work

Every time i open draft pick it will go to a black loading screen for about 30 sec then it will go back to the main screen of the client anyone know how to fix this i can play ARAM/Custom/Blind pick but not draft or ranked have also tried restarting my comp and the game client and still not fixed anyone know how to fix this i would really like to know
