Champion switching to another one when I press "Lock In"

This has happened twice to me now so I will post it. I recently was in a ranked match where I was adc and picked Draven. I was hovering over blitzcrank in case I needed to go support because one of the summoners didn't call anything. Everything was fine and I went to go lock in. Immediately right after I clicked the Lock in button, the champion switched to my last hovered (blitzcrank). This happened once in normals and I didn't care to report it but it has happened in ranked as well. I don't care about the 3 LP I got deducted for dodging but I do care that this doesn't happen in the future.
