[GAMEPLAY] Tahm Kench Shield Assist Issue

We just played with my friend and realised if you only damage Tahm Kench's shield instead of his real healths, you wont be rewarded with assist.

So it was like this, tahm kench was fighting us in the bottom lane, he was about to die and put his shield on, my friend (Ziggs) used his ultimate from far away and clearly hit him while his shield was on (3 different times and no assists) and then Tahm died few seconds later and Ziggs didn't get assist at all. This happened three times and it was clearly a bug (everyone in the game saw and agreed).

Didn't really affect our game at all since we won like 30-5 but I think it might have some effect in higher level play like Worlds.
