[ Gameplay ] Kalista's E(Rend) not going off.

This is currently live, simple, and 100% can be reproduced. Kalista's E won't go off no matter what the conditions if you're holding down the 'no-minion targeting' key, which is -- by default I believe -- the ~ key. So.

STEPS:

1. Load up a custom game.
2. On either a bot or a player, stack a spear(or spears, it doesn't matter).
3. Hold down your 'no-minion targeting' key.
4. Mash E as hard as possible and wonder why it isn't working.
5. Release your 'no-minion targeting' key and press E again. It'll work like normal.

This is a really irritating bug, especially if you're fighting bottom lane and you don't want to hit a creep by accident. Or, you know, any condition a fight is close and it just won't go off.
