Fiora Q bugging summoner spells [GAMEPLAY]

When I was playing Fiora top lane, I died mid Q, when I respawned I wasn't able to use summoner spells, at the time I didn't know but it was due to my Q not allowing summoner spells to be used in it's animation. When I used her Q again I was able to use summoner's again.
