[GAMEPLAY] Solo/Duo Queue Ranked Bug! - Same Champion Banned Twice.

I was in a duo queue match with "Wellings" when we noticed that both teams banned Jax somehow we are not sure how it happened but I attached a screenshot and if you check my match history then you can see the team bans
