Azir full of BUGS!

While playing Azir in Ranked Game, I noticed that his E was responding as it should. However, it does respond immediately if the soldiers were behind me. His ulti was also a fail, it did not throw enemies back; this happened 5 times in the game! Instead, it would go through the enemy champions. I would suggest leaving the elements of his Q as before. Restricting the stretching of the arrow kind of decreases the game play flow. In general, the game play and flow of Azir is really bad. PLEASE allow these bugs and changes to be fix in the next patch!
