Worst Bug Ever

Dear riot games my name is george and im here because i got baned for no reason but i got one because of this bug i dont have a screenshot of it hopefully you undersand what im talking about : I played your game for many years now on a potato pc and i got so many bans because of many bugs in the game but there was one bug that made me so angry i wanted to break my screen for seeing it and its called (im sorry but you got disconected) THIS thing almost got my account deleted that black screen with a white box with the text that said (im sorry but you got disconected) that crap is my nightmere whenever i see it on your game my internet speed is 24GH (giga herts) it has 1,5 GB download speed and 10 mb upload speed my pc maybe a potato but it can handle the game perfectly 55 fps with 30 ms i would curse so mutch now but because of "THE BOARD RULES" i cant swear so anyways pls unban my account because im sick of this happening all the time and also pls make your game to run more smoother and beter because i want that clean start without any lag spikes PLEASE for the love of god unban my account its so painfull to wait 20 min for 5 games oh and also whenever the time goes to 0:00 my game starts to lag so mutch that i have to wait another 20 min and i still have to play 5 games pls fix that and make it to were it takes the 1 queue and then you have 4 more games to go that whould be so greatę
