CDR bugs and item bugs

There are a lot of bugs with CDR updating properly I had 20% cdr on taliya and the ultimate when I used it should have been 144 seconds but after using it and all of my abilities went on a full cooldown the ultimate stayed at 180 seconds, I play a lot of riven and I build a lot of CDR very quickly I have the exact same issue where the CDR just randomly pops out and instead of Q being 8 seconds it goes to 11 seconds and I have died many times due to bugs like this in very clutch situations. The final issue I have is that in 2 of my games important items were randomly sold? I was buying a void staff and my death cape was randomly sold without me doing so (I also couldn't refund it)
