Leaverbuster queue keeps reseting

Recently I've been having kernel errors with my Nvidia driver (the infamous Nvidia driver (numbers here) has stopped working and has recovered), and I have been disconnected from more then a couple days. After the first disconnect due to this problem, I've only played bot games as to not troll people in pvp on accident. Anyway, due to my testing of my solutions, I now have to wait 20 minutes before I can actually get into game. I don't mind this since I did technically leave games, however, whenever the 20 minute countdown is finished, it starts right over, doesn't put me in game or anything. I haven't been able to play since yesterday now, am I missing something?
