Loot Bug

Okay so, I had an issue with the loot system... I THINK. The Pyke Ward that was practically given to us for 1 Blue Essence (if I remember correctly) isn't in my inventory/collection even though I completed the task and hit the button to "Unlock Permanently". I really, really want that ward and will pay however much it costs to get it.

As a side note, it is quite possible my dumb ass disenchanted it... if that is the case, please let me know what I could do to fix this. :(
