Hitbox Bugs

So i have been wanting to post here for awhile on this topic but honestly was worried about the community being toxic and complaining,Alright so I've been playing since roughly season 2 and I've never had this issue till season 6 I've been noticing a lot in games when a skill-shots will miss completely then out of no where ill get CC'ed the computer im using is strong enough to handle any game...with ease i never drop below 400fps and only during the day with my house full does my ms go higher then 32 but its been happening increasingly more and more where for example im on then tumble an charm it will fade and disappear then all of a sudden ill be charmed there will aslo be times where im running from (come one who isnt) then ill flash and then get flung. Please if you are having this issue let me know if there is a fix or a just have to deal with i been reading alot that riot cares more about there competitive play patches more then there community i just want to know if this is wide issue so this can atleast be brought to their attention thank you for your time
