[GAMEPLAY] Control ward counter doesn't correctly display the amount.

I had placed my control ward in the bush earlier in the game, when I got back to base I bought more. hovering over the control wards in my inventory the ward counter was 0/1, so I made my way to blue to ward it again. Yet when I arrived I found my ward still alive, hovering over the wards in my inventory again, the game correctly showed that the control ward in the bush was my one, even though the counter was still 0/1.

I messed around with the practice tool to try and make it happen again, to no avail.

EDIT: It happened again, but I don't know how to insert another image so...
