[GAMEPLAY] Kayles auto attack speed lowered when using a pot

I've been jungling as kayle with the new devourer and I've noticed that once I grab dev and use a pot while taking a camp my attack speed is reduced.

1). Get the devourer enchantment on any jg item 2). Attack a jg camp with your e on 3). Use a health pot

That should cause your attack speed be lowered to whatever you start the game with. Thanks :)
