(GAMEPLAY) Can not use any summoner spells on zoe (IN GAME)

On Zoe, if you use a zhonyas you picked up right on top of a flash for picking it up with the w, it will not let you use any summoner spells as well as the w for roughly 4 minutes. In the video you can see from when the bug started and ended. This is game breaking as it takes up the w slot and does not let you use any summoner spells. Also the flash I picked up let me hold it for longer than 4 minutes like it was on a cool down of some kind.

1. pick up zhonyas
2. walk onto a flash and use the zhonyas to pick up the flash
3. no more summoners for 4 minutes for you
