Inactivity message despite playing Ranked actively

During the past 2 days I have been recieving notifications about getting demoted in "x" amount of day despite playing ranked during that time. I'm afraid I might get demoted for no reason. Please, if you can do something about it, look into my account. I don't mind the message popping in itself i just don't want to loose LP. Thank you.
