Dynamic queue freezes

Most of the time when i do dynamic queue (ranked and not ranked) my game freezes, nothing happens and the timer gets stuck at zero, some times it unfreezes and then i can chose and see what others have banned or picked but most of the time it freezes and i have to exit out of my client
