"You have no internet connection

Twice tonight I've been in champion select at my turn to ban and I receive an error saying I have no internet connection. It then kicks me out and won't load. I proceed to switch to wifi or ethernet (whichever I wasn't using) and it loads league but I have a dodge wait timer...I'm up to a 30 minute dodge time due to this...Is anyone else having this issue? I've never seen / experienced it before. North america, Normal Draft
