Game Froze and now we're just sitting here WAITING.

So two friends and I were playing the lottery game type and suddenly the game froze, it has been frozen for about an hour now and if any of us attempt to reconnect we just get a blank screen. When we log in we have no choice but to reconnect. Could someone just close the game or?. Any advice?
