[CLIENT] Blank Client after accepting game

I queued up for a intermediate bot game to test my connection. Upon clicking yes, I was brought to a black screen as opposed to the champion select screen. I obviously couldn't select a champ, so I'm now waiting for 15 minutes before I can queue again. Whats going on, is this a well known bug? I've attached an image to let y'all see.
