Cursor randomly becomes a series of 10 lines

I have previously submitted a bug report for this but nothing happened, so I'm writing this just to see if anyone else had this happen and try to fix it. Randomly, in every match, my cursor will become a series of 10 thin, sideways triangles. What I think is happening is that the bottom left corner of the cursor(the new one) is cut out and pasted a bunch to form 10 of them. This bug is getting more and more annoying as it is happening more frequently, and the cursor stays this way until I restart my computer. If anyone has any solution to this problem or has even had it, I'd love to have your response.
