Cursor In Game Bug.

When ever I'm in game I randomly encounter an issue where my cursor is frozen/held in place. When I lift my mouse up the cursor bolts to the bottom of the screen and starts to pan the screen. After a few seconds it will return to normal but will comeback several times throughout the match. This makes games nerve racking as I may be in a fight and this may happen. This only happens in game however. When I play my other games or when I am surfing the web I do not encounter this problem.
