Client patcher stops at 63% (freeze at 0 kb/s)

My client downloads the update nomally at 2 mb/s and when it gets to 63% it stops downloading and freezes. I've tryed restarting it several times but every time i launch the patcher its "not responding". Then i wait a few minutes and launch it again and it continues the update from 33% to 63% again. I've been having this problem for 2 days,and i can't seem to get it to work. Please help if you know of any solutions and thanks in advance.
