[Gameplay] Non toaster fps drops

Happening to me too, only haphappeneo me once so far but I can see it happening in the future. Fps drop is only about 20-25 but it does lag things up a bit visually and is only for a second or two. Happened during team fight.

2x nvidia gtx 770 Sli (single card mode, Sli not supported) 8gb ram @ 1866 4770k @stock w7 pro sp1
