Today 5/12/2015 I just bought Blitzcrank in the store for what said 3150ip. I had 7779ip and now I have 1479ip, that means Blitzcrank cost me 6300!? I checked my history and I didn't accidentally purchase anything else, but it says I spend 3150 which is a lie. Can Riot check my purchases and see that I spend 6300ip on Blitz? -.- I would really like a refund.
A Double payment bug sometimes happens. If you don't even have enough it'll show you having negative IP. If waiting a bit and relogging doesn't fix it, send in a Support Ticket.
Probably just a bug. Some people have gotten -IP after a purchase, but it doesn't actually do anything. Try logging out and then back in, that usually works

Have you tried logging out and logging back in? Sometimes, there's a visual bug that occurs with IP/RP.

Thanks for the replies guys, I logged back in several times but it finally refunded half the ip after about half a day.
So again I was just buying Quintessences and it double charged me 2x became 4x -.- So I spent what 4200ip and now have 5x of the same quintessence -.-
